The Gold Coast Building is a build to suit for Gold Coast School of Real Estate adjacent to the Dolphin Mall. The School has net leased the entire building for 15 years. Completion of the building will be on schedule for September 2006. The Fund has obtained favorable permanent financing which will be closed upon completion. The initial leveraged return on equity will be in excess of 15% per annum.
